I had some issues with one of the people that works at Willis Orchard Co. He wasn't very nice but then I started talking to Cynthia and she is so nice and they resolved the issue and I was impressed with that.
Then the problem was that I think they are a little overpriced. I found other trees that are cheaper. I mean, overall I was very happy, 4 out of 20 of the trees died and they replaced 3 of them so far and I didn't have to send back back the roots or anything.
Overall, they are good. They are a small family business and there is this one guy has a bad attitude and he is not easy to deal with and I get it, he is that kind of person, but, I'm just trying to find the best deal in trees around here.
