Not so friendly guarantee...
I ordered via website on 3/14/11 and my order arrived to PA about 4/2/11. Most stock was already in leaf. I followed all instruction for planting, watering and caring for new stock. The leaves dried on my plum tree, black rasp and one grape. In June I called the company and was told to keep watering as the roots may still be alive. I did. The grape produced shoots and thrived. However the rasp and plum did not. I called today, 11/25/11 to report and ask for replacement. I was treated with arrogance and condescension... it was all my fault for not ordering in time last spring. I think it was Cindy who I talked to, but not sure. I will not order again from Willis and will not bother to take advantage of the "friendly guarantee"....
