This company went above and beyond to satisfy my order for a Pink Banana Plant. The first 2 they shipped weren't pink banana plants. They requested pictures so they could verify what kind was shipped incorrectly. The 3rd plant they shipped was pulled by Mr. Willis and was the correct plant. I was very satisfied.
