they say one thing and do another
Terrible experience. Ordered 4 grape vines, and one was DOA. Was told by a gentleman to mail the dead vine back and they would "send me a replacement". I did so. Called about shipment and spoke with Ms. Cynthia Willis who was just rude! She said I would have to order $50 worth of product to use my $12.50 credit for the returned vine. Then her supervisor (alledged) told me they would ship the vine provided I paid $17.50 shipping charge. Rediculous and I would never ever order a blade of grass from that company. How can these people stay in business! whm
