waste of time!

I purchased 2 paw paw trees. When they came they were just 2 twigs--no roots at all. I followed planting instructions carefully--nothing grew. Company reluctantly replaced them the following year. Exact same dead twigs with the exact same results. Two years wasted. I now have my paw paw trees, purchased from another vender, and they are healthy and beautiful.

Paw Paw trees have a relatively slick black tap-root and a 2 year old (2') bare-root paw paw trees (which was size ordered) would indeed look like a 2' twig with a tap-root. Paw Paw must be planted in shade, as well. We are happy that you were not unhappy with the other items on your original order and it is not our wish or intent that the first two or second two paw paw trees have not transplanted well for you.
