Ordered an olive tree from Willis, which the carrier treated not so kindly on the way. The tree was snapped in half upon arrival. Contacted Jay Young and he was quick to offer a resolution of replacing the tree, even though it was the carriers fault and I no longer had the packaging to prove it. The replacement tree arrived in great shape!
