I ordered three trees from Willis Orchards. I received only two. I emailed them and asked for a record check because I had not received the third tree. They checked their records and apparently their records showed that all three trees had been sent. HOWEVER, they sent me the third tree from the set that I was missing at no charge and it was beautiful. Thanks for great customer service. I definitely will continue to patronize this business !
