Recieved gift from this orchard for my grandmothers memorial garden. Never received prior shipping notifications. Tree arrived very ill. Notified seller and they promised tree was dormant. Planted and cared as instructed. Tree never bloomed, notified again they asked for us to wait till end if season. Called back in October and waited till following march as they dont ship offseasons. When I confirmed my replacement order they hung up on me. Called for management and they promised to review and replace. Never received confirmation and was notified to remove posted comment of disappointment. Refused and called for another attempt to resolve. Only for them to refuse service. This is very unusual and unprofessional service. Buyer beware. BBB received formal complaints as well.
