Purchased a tree and attempted to exercise my warranty process only to be hung up on and completely disregarded as a tree investor and a customer. very rude and can not believe this level of disrespect with grown adults is even something I have to review. So disappointed in the tree. Arrived sick and unhealthy. Attempted to exercise warranty within their terms which was not with shipping season. Now that shipping season has arrived they refused to honor. Very poor experience and then hung up on. Rude and disrespectful.
