This place sent me a dead tree. I waited until June to make certain it was dead. I asked for a replacement tree. After a month of trying to get someone to answer my emails, I finally get a response saying they would give me a credit. I asked for a refund, was told they don't do that. All I could do was place an order and use my credit. I would still have to pay shipping again though on a dead tree. I wanted a new one shipped now, she (Cynthia) said it would be December before another tree would ship, then proceeded to speak to me like an idiot like I have no idea how to garden or plant trees. I can't get my money back, the only thing I can get is another dormant tree this winter. She said you read our agreement on the website. Well what I wish I had read was all the negative reviews about this place. Wasted my money!!!!
