I ordered 3 thornless boysenberry plants that were supposed to be 2-3 years old. I received them 10 days laters and they were 1 strand 1/2" thick twigs. I planted them the next day and within a period of 2 weeks they were dead. I called Willis and they had me take a picture of the dead plants and email to them. When they agreed they were dead they told me they did not have any plants left and I would have to wait until next year and I would also have to pay for shipping. I said well just give me a refund and they said they do not make refunds. After that, I was able to purchase them from a nursery and they gave me nice large plants that were 24" tall and had 4-6 strands coming from the base for the same price. I planted them and they are taking off. I would not recommend this company.
