I ordered a Bradford Pear Tree as well as a Grape plant and a Palm tree. When the box arrived it was clearly bent over. When I opened the box the Bradford Pear Tree was broken right in half. They had also wrapped the Palm tree and Grape plant at the bottom of the Pear tree. I think this must have made the tree bottom heavy and caused the box to fall over at some point during the shipment and that's what broke the tree in half. I wrote them and told them what happened, but have not got the promise of having the tree either replacement or the money refunded to me. This makes me leery of ordering anything else from this place.
