Unfriendly customer support and no accountability for bad product
I ordered 5 fruit tree from this company and one of them did not grow at all. They want me to ship the root of the tree (at my cost) to them before they can send me the replacement, which will not arrive before January 2012!
When I first contacted the company, the operator hung up on me :-( and she was very rude.
The least they can do is to refund the money for the tree and the shipping cost after receiving the "proof". But wouldn't this make them a company which values its customers, so obviously they won't do it.
