I ordered a 5 to 6 ft America Crabapple tree
and it scrunk to 4 ft.during shipment.
The other trees were all good maybe it
something about crabapple trees and maybe they are measure differently.

Of course we strive to get it right the first time on every order. But, when we do make an error, we are more than willing to take responsibility and correct the mistake. Although this tree may have needed pruning to less than 5 feet, Jerry will be sent a >5 foot tree or be credited the difference in price. We "are" thankful for everyone of our customers and "do" provide good, fair customer service.
