I ordered several raspberry and blackberry plants from Willis. Because of my work travel I had a specific window that I needed to receive them in. Then my travel schedule changed. I contacted Willis and they make the appropriate changes to the order. The plants arrived exactly when I asked for, and were very healthy looking bare-rooted plants.
Also, two of the plants were not of the size I ordered. I contacted their staff and after exchanging a few emails and pictures, they sent the size I originally ordered.
So, good prices, healthy plants, business integrity = great company to deal with!
