When I first found Willis Orchards on the Internet, I was hesitant to purchase due to the less than favorable reviews that I found. I called and talked to Brandi (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) and we discussed the reviews that were from several years ago. We purchased over $375.00 of fruit trees. Brandi stayed on the telephone with me and allowed me to ask lots of questions. She answered ALL my questions regarding chill hours, which trees pollenate each other best and told me how to plant them properly. I did have one blueberry bush die and Willis Orchards REPLACED IT WITH NO QUESTIONS. I couldn't have ask for better service, fast shipping and great products. We plan next year, when our first round of trees get started, to plant another round of fruit trees. Please give them a chance.
