Poor Customer Service

I am a landscaper and apparently the lady on the phone assumes everyone knows nothing about plants. Excuses, excuses as to why plants died. Very disapointed in the way she addressed my concerns with my shipment.

He received trees only 2 weeks ago. We simply asked to give them a little more time to sprout. It often takes more than 2 weeks for the trees to begin sprouting new leaves and if not then we agreed to replace them. He began yelling he will call back when they "are" -- dead.
We do replace trees that die but only ask to give them enough time to react to being transplanted. We truly regret that he was so angry today.
