I have used Willis Orchard and anther company that has similar products. Willis Orchard is easy to work with and has a whole lot better return policy, though I didn't have to return anything. They are definitely more personable.
They provided a product to mix with the roots of the trees, and it worked very well. I could definitely tell the difference between the trees I used it on and those that I did not. The zone maps also helped with the product. It let me know what to plant well, and what is likely to do well in my area. Willis Orchard is easy to work with.
