We have been a customer first in 2/2011. Our only concern was the climate distance for our trees and of course not being able to view our purchase before hand. Customer service has been the best and everyone we have dealed with have been excellent. We have lost 2 trees out of the 10 we purchased, and there was not a question on their end , take care of the customer,they stand by the Guarantee.
