I ordered an Improved Meyer Lemon tree and a Chandler Pumello tree with hesitation after reading numerous bad reviews of Willis Orchard Co. on the Internet. I called in my order, speaking with Brandi, who was very reassuring. She sent appropriate paperwork in a timely manner, and I was notified by FedEx exactly when the trees would arrive. The trees came today, about a week after the initial order. Excellent packaging, with moist healthy roots and extremely healthy plants. The Meyer Lemon is covered with buds, and the Pummello has a lot of new leaves starting to show. Both trees are about 4 feet tall. I will definitely continue to do business with Willis Orchard Company! Thanks!
