I found Willis Orchard Co. when I was researching fruit trees on the Internet and, when I talked to them, they answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were professional and knowledgeable about their products.

I had a good experience with Willis Orchard in terms of the delivery schedule and getting everything that I had ordered. I did have an issue with one of the products that I ordered -- bare-root pecan trees -- and Willis Orchard is working with me on that.

When I received the pecan trees, I noticed that they had very little root structure at all. I contacted Will Orchard and they assured me that that is how the trees are supposed to be and to go ahead and plant them. However, even with my irrigation system, I still lost 80-percent of the pecan trees. Willis Orchard said that they would make it good and replace them. Per their suggestion (which I agreed with), we decided to wait until fall when it would be cooler.

I did not have any problems with any of the other products that I got from them. The other trees that had a root structure are surviving and doing well. We will see what happens with the pecan tree replacements that they send, and that outcome will determine our overall satisfaction with Willis Orchard.

I would recommend Willis Orchard to a fellow purchaser because they obviously know their products well and they know what they are doing.
