I am a Single mother that has used other garage door companies. Jonathan first explained exactly what he was going to do, what he recommended for me to do as far as maintenance on my door and was very honest. I appreciate a company taking the time to be HONEST and tell me that I just needed a routine check and not new springs and rollers when I didn't need them.
