Like many others, I read the reviews and did not think any company could be that good. My 10-yr. old garage door looked great on the outside, but would not close. It would come to about 12 inches from the bottom, buckle and then go back up. I call on Monday morning and Jonathan showed up Tuesday morning. He quickly reviewed the situation with my door and explained to me how he could repair it--which he did. Jonathan was great and everything you read about him in the reviews is correct. At some point in the future, I will need to replace my garage door and I know who I will call at that time.
