Out of touch with it's members.
I have been a SACU member since the mid-1990's and was fairly well satisfied until they recently announced a silly and disappointing name change. The new name is "credit human". The lower case idea is there's not mine.
Anytime I mention this name change to someone, it is greeted with chuckles and disbelief. How can an financial institution really expect to compete and also serve it's members with such a silly name.
Very bad move.
