Pioneer Flooring & Remodeling was very thorough and professional. They were on time and trustworthy. The craftsmanship was excellent, they did not want to make any mistakes. The attention to detail was great, they really focused on the job being done correctly. They even came back to do touch-ups and to make sure everything looked nice.

Overall, we think they did a good job and everything went really well with the actual installation. We are very happy with our floors, they look beautiful. However, there was a little bit of trouble with the wood, several boxes from the manufacturer had bad pieces in them and had to be thrown out. But, that was more of a hassle for them and the manufacturer, and not really for us.
