When we used Pioneer Flooring & Remodeling it took a long time. We thought everything was going to be ruined before they left, but it turned out okay.

They did the floors in our home. One guy said it would be done in a day and a half, but it took five days. He was new, so he didn't know what he was talking about, but then he shouldn't have been talking as if he knew.

One day they didn't show up at all because they had something to do for another job. They dropped off one guy who couldn't drive, and left him here all day. He did nothing.

Be patient with them because eventually they did a good job. They came back and fixed some problems, so we appreciated what they did do.
