Could not be happier with my experience. We've used them twice,, and we'll use them again. Just saw a review about "kicking a dog" on Google or one of the other sites, not sure what that's about. Tim has been to my house twice, he petted my dog and talked with me about my kids. He even let my cat sit on his lap even though he is allergic to cats. Yeah, I'm sure Tim confused your dog trying to lick him with biting him.. sounds legit, right? There's always one. Great company. Great experience.
