Excellent customer service.

We had a great experience with Don coming out and helping us to choose the right carpet. When Carpet Source ordered the carpet they ordered a lower grade than we wanted. Don immediately offered us the grade above what we originally ordered plus he upgraded the pad, without charging us anything extra. Yes they made a mistake, but they fixed it and more.
