First of all, I was very impressed with what I consider are a couple of key factors in an overall good experience. One of the young men that came out here from Mr. Electric was very well groomed, neat, polite, and friendly, but not in an overbearing way. He got here when he said he would get here, and worked hard while he was here. He even came back on his day off to finish a small part that was missing. He was just friendly, again not at all overbearing, and he did a very good, professional job.
