Worst experience unprofessional theifs

Order the best carpet the carpet started to come apart less then 4 months tony carpet did. Not do any thing to replace carpet. Do not use them you will get screwed. Now we have to replace carpet less then year wtf.

The customer Brett G purchased the carpet and had her independent installer perform the work. We had the manufacturer send an inspector out to inspect the carpet & the claim was denied because of the amount of pet urine that was left on the carpet and improper installation, seam sealer was not used along the seams & ultimately it disintegrated the backing of the carpet. Warranties usually require proper maintenance & professional installation. Due to Toney's Carpet not installing the carpet, we find it difficult to offer any compensation based on the manufacturers inspection report. We take great pride in our professional installation & stand behind our work.
