If you read these comments and reviews I am telling you that you Do Not want to use this company. I was calling for my parents who I am staying with at the time. Been without ac for 4 days. They made so many false promises of times just to keep us satisfied then at that time they never sent nobody. Called again with given another time. Said they had the part then they couldn't find it, ect. They was the most unprofessional people I have ever came across. Telling us we called to much and we talked to much. My son has asthma and has been sick due to the heat in this house. That's why we were trying. Anyone would do the same after they gave their word without keeping it. Then an hour before their final time to arrive they canceled us all together. I'm giving everyone a heads up- please go with someone else!!! You will regret it I promise!!!
