CHECK THE BBB WEBSITE BEFORE YOU CALL! I spent over $700 for three service calls to fix my AC. Every time they came out it was something else. Lawrence will attempt to be charming and nice but under the facade is incompetence and looking for ways to rip you off. I finally had to call someone else because I didn't want anyone from the company coming anywhere near my house.
