I had the pleasure of observing three excellent service men from williamsandfogg. The service men was Lawrence with high experience in his job, the take charge and the professionalism he show is outstanding. Also with him was Grant and Brad that went beyound their duty. All three servicemen was professional, kind and want to know if I was satisfied with my heatpump. They took time to explain the unit to me.
