Thomas did a good job at diagnosing and fixing the problem with my gas logs
Thomas came out twice. The first time he correctly diagnosed the issue with my gas log fireplace to be the defective valve. I called the gas log company to order the replacement part, and they claimed it could not possibly be the valve issue. After I insisted, they sent the part out. Thomas came out the second time to install. He turned out to be right, and the problem was fixed once the valve was replaced. Good job Thomas!
