I placed an order for about $2000 worth of flooring on a Friday. Unfortunately, for various reasons unrelated to Hurst, I had to cancel the order. Called Hurst first thing the following Monday. Bruce, with whom I placed the order, was extremely gracious when cancelling the order. No pressure, no asking why I was cancelling the order, no additional charges, nothing but courteous service. I was very, very pleased and impressed. I will certainly do business with them in the future should the need arise.
