Order flooring over three weeks ago should've had it delivered long time ago I received an email saying that my shipment hadn't gone out after two weeks from the warehouse because they were too busy moving 4 million s/f of flooring
I was told I would have it within a week after waiting a week then received a phone call that I wouldn't have it until the following week yet again
Called and talk to Lee from the store who's attitude was he didn't care didn't want to help me didn't want to offer me a any discount or anything for all the problems they made me and this is NOT the first time I have ordered from them spending thousands in the past and never had service like this or attitude from an employee
