I ordered 14 pre-finished walnut stair treads and four custom risers to be used as banister bases and other balcony shelf. The supplier did not package or secure the wood sufficiently to arrive in Phoenix intact - and there was some damage, which Lee immediately took care of getting replaced and shipped quickly. I had previously made multiple changes and additions to this order, which Lee took in stride and delivered precisely what I ordered. I will order from Hurst again.
