They did a good job fixing my Tahoe. It took me 4.5 hours the next day to scrub the inside due to WHITE spots of something all over leather seats, doors etc. The following day it took me 1.5 hours to clean windows. Some one took a rag with something on it, and smeared the windows. I had to call the windshield installer, who came out because of the white stuff was on the inside of windshield, that would not come off with scrubbing, and 2 different types of cleaners, it took a razor blade to get it off. The detailers, also took it upon themselves to take off, and throw away my entry pass into where I live!!!!! I have told numerous friends and people in passing about this, and NOT to take their car to you. There was a thick glob of wax that was not buffed in or thinned out on right -outside of tahoe.

Just repeat what I wrote in "Review Summary" It states my displeasure VERY WELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We appreciate this customers feedback. We are glad that she was pleased with the repair job on her Tahoe, however we are equally as disappointed that our cleanup job was not satisfactory. According to our records, this vehicle was repaired nearly 2 months ago, and we are just receiving this customer review. If our customer would have contacted us the next day, I sincerely believe we would have had her return immediately to clean any missed areas. We respect every customers opportunity to voice their concerns in an online forum, and we encourage everyone to judge us based on the hundreds of reviews that we have received from satisfied customers. We will continue to work hard to be perfect on each and every customer experience, and will do our best to satisfy any concerns that are brought to our attention going forward.
