Brought my car in for hail damage. They said the car would be ready in about a week and a half. That turned into 2 weeks then 3 weeks and now they say it won't be ready for 5 weeks. They claim it's because my roof was on back order but every time I get picture updates the car doesn't even have a fender. They won't provide me with a replacement car until it's fixed because they claim they have done nothing wrong. I dropped it off in July and now it won't be ready until September. I have no idea how I'll be able to get my kids to and from school. They apologize then push the date it will be ready farther away. The staff I've had contact with at the front desk have been amazing but so far that's the best thing about the place.
