I had my car towed in to the shop which was recommended by my insurance carrier. There was extensive hidden damage and it took approximately 2 weeks to complete the job. When I picked up the car I found some unprepared damage to the hood which the insurance company deemed unrelated to the accident. I took the car and discovered three more issue with it. They had me come back the next day to fix the problems and they got my car right in. Unfortunately the problems remain, one of which was the fact that an aftermarket part does not fit correctly yet there was no offer to change it. I am extremely disappointed with the work that was performed. I have had a lot of work done and have done business with many body shops but have never had this many problems.
