From the time I spoke with Matt to the time we did the walk around upon completion of my repairs I felt like I was the only customer they had and the fact that I had them make some changes to some parts they were going to put on was no problem they allowed me to ship a hood to them and they put that hood on my vehicle with no questions asked. The autowatch program that Nationwide and the shop participate in was great as I was updated daily with the progress of my vehicle being fixed with a description and photo. Great work by Matt and the team working on the vehicle. Checking my vehicle out was easy with the staff inside the office they know what they are doing and got me in and out quickly. Great job overall.
