Overall everything was great. However, I was somewhat disappointed in the interior "detailing" of my vehicle that I was told would happen. Finding lots of crumbs in cup holders, floor mats improperly reinserted, etc. did not measure up to what I was led to believe would occur after the body work was completed.
I want Kelly and Gary particularly to know what a great job does initially relating to the customer when I brought my car in for an estimate prior to signing up to do the work. She has wonderful customer service skills from the outset of what is usually a stressful situation. I was a little disappointed that she did not seem to be nearly so friendly when I arrived to pick up my vehicle on Friday a.m. Until a problem occurred in trying to locate my garage door opener after I initially started to leave, there was no interchange betweeen us. Perhaps she was busy with other customers, issues, etc. However, I was disappointed.
