After the shop repaired my front bumper the driver sside front wheel was not properly attached and almost came off on 470 at posted speed. I called and spoke to Matt and he had the audacity to call the Toyota dealer where the vehicle was serviced a month earlier to confirm a tire rotation. Once he was armed with this infromation he called my wife and told her Jordan was not repsonsible because "We did not take the wheel off."

Toyota sent two techs out to look at the wheel and they replaced the broken stud and the vehicle is now at Toyota being repaired. Matt explained it was not his shop's fault and he would not take responsibility for the failure.

The Nationwide adjuster who handeld the claim at the shop also did not offer to help until pressed repeatedly.

I would like to speak with someone other than Matt who can make decisions since I am out a significant amount of money and time because of his lack of professionalism to make it right.
