I used Northern Virginia Roofing for the first time about a year ago when they put a new roof on my townhouse. The quality of the work was good, but I didn't realize how bad the heat would be during the summer. They should have recommended that I install a vent installed in the attic. When it started getting hotter, I called them and tried to schedule a time for them to come out and put an air duct up there. They came out and gave me an estimate. I called them and told them I wanted the work done and they never called back. I couldn't get them to schedule a day and time for the job. After weeks and weeks, they finally came back and did the job. They did knock of a couple hundred dollars off the price because they know they should have recommended the vent. But it still took them forever to do the job. Also, when they did the roof, they didn't clean up very well. I kept finding roofing nails in my yard. I even stepped on a couple. It's a small yard, it wouldn't have taken much to clean up the mess. There were also nails left on the ground in the front yard, which somehow found their way into the parking lot. I'm just saying that they should have cleaned up better.
