I didn't have a good experience with Northern Virginia Roofing. They were supposed to flash the chimney and install gutter guards. The guy who came out to do the job showed me photos of different styles and I picked out what I wanted. He told me he was going to fix the chimney a certain way according to what I'd shown him but when he did the job the next day, he did it a different way. He didn't stick to what we had discussed. With regard to the gutter guards, the house was okay. But when he put up the ones in the garage, they were a little bent. But he didn't want to go to the trouble of fixing them, so he just undid them.
