I've used Northern Virginia Roofing multiple times now. I would say that they are very good at the job itself and I have never had problems with the work done. But what was a little frustrating was the amount of time between the onsite work completion and when they send us information regarding the work completion status and what else needs to be done. In my experience with them it was taking anywhere from 5 to 7 days for a response which is a little much for me.. I will continue to work with work them because they are very knowledgable but I need more coordination with the tech team.
