The guy that Northern Virginia Roofing sent over to check the roof told us exactly what we needed for the situation. He was conscientious on the pricing. He gave us a rebate without us asking. We were a little short on money at the time, and he was able to work out the difference for us. He really bent over backwards to make sure we had a good job done.

The workers were polite and courteous, and they cleaned up afterwards. There was no mess and no nails. That was a real bonus as far as I'm concerned.
