Chris from Smart Home Inspection was awesome! The prices were great for what we got; it was well worth the money. We decided not to buy the home that was inspected because of the results. He saved us from one of the worst decisions we could have made. Any inspection would have found the same issues, but Chris took the time to explain what things meant. Being first-time home buyers, we are not very familiar with some things. Chris explained the potential hazards and what it would mean for us down the road, and we really appreciated that. He was so detail-oriented and he answered all our questions. My aunt, who is a real estate agent, was impressed at how thorough the inspection was. We will definitely use him again for the next house we look at.
