The staff worked very hard in getting a new front grill for my 1996 Ford Ranger pickup truck. The wrong grill was sent twice( obviously different grills were used for the model of this truck ).. The third grill that was ordered was the correct one and was installed in a very reasonable time frame then. The customer service employees were very cordial and professional. I received a follow up call to see if the work was satisfactory which was left on my answering machine. If there were any problems the customer service employee gave me a call back phone number on the message..
