I had just gotten my new car paid off and someone hit me. I took my car to Fender Mender. They were very nice, friendly people and very informative. They were easy to talk to. But I was not happy with the job they did. For example, they had to take down the headliner, and there were several panels that held it up. They are kind of like a jigsaw puzzle and they were not properly lined up when they were put back in. There was a gash on the lower part of the inside door that was not there before. There was paint overspray white dots on my seats and the glass sunroof. I took my car back to them so they could correct what they did and the man there took copious notes about the things I was not happy with. The gash on the lower door was painted over, but not to where it wasn't still visible. The black weather-stripping was crooked. There is still overspray on the sun roof, and the panels still don't look right to me. Overall, I am not happy with the work and I would not recommend them.
